When you submit our contact or waitlist forms, we collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Role or organization (optional)
• Message or inquiry details

We do not collect health data, patient data, or any sensitive personal data through this website.

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Responding to inquiries — Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
• Building our community network — Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
• Communication about CrowdMind Health activities — Legal basis: Legitimate interest or consent

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with service providers who support our operations (e.g., hosting, email communications), bound by data processing agreements, or with legal authorities if required by law.

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above. Contact and waitlist form submissions are retained for up to 2 years unless you request earlier deletion.
