By accessing and using the CrowdMind Health website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

CrowdMind Health is a mission-driven Real World Evidence (RWE) initiative, currently under formation and managed by SRTV LLC, a Dutch private limited liability company (Besloten Vennootschap, BV) incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands. This Site is informational in nature — no product, data platform, or service is live at this stage.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable local, national, or international law.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CrowdMind Health does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind.
